Abstract
Abstract: The research aims to conduct a theoretical study and a literature review to measure the performance of business incubators by presenting the ideas and various indicators that were listed by researchers to measure the performance of the work of incubators. The most important results obtained are that the performance of business incubators is complex and cannot be measured using only a small number of financial measures. Accordingly, a huge number of indicators were proposed, but researchers were not able to unify them due to the multiplicity and diversity of incubators, and therefore the process of choosing indicators for measuring the performance of incubators seemed to depend on several factors, This is what we touched on in the UBI Global report. : ملخص يهدف البحث الى الدراسة النظرية والمراجعة الادبية لقياس أداء حاضنات الاعمال بتقديم الأفكار ومختلف المؤشرات التي تم سردها من طرف الباحثين لقياس اداء عمل الحاضنات.. أهم النتائج المتحصل عليها، هي أن أداء حاضنات الأعمال معقد لا يمكن أن يقاس باستخدام عدد قليل من التدابير المالية فقط. وعليه تم اقتراح كم هائل من المؤشرات، ولم يتمكن الباحثين من توحيدها لتعدد الحاضنات وتنوعها، وعليه بدت عملية اختيار مؤشرات قياس أداء الحاضنات تتوقف على عدة عوامل. وهذا ما لامسناه في تقرير UBI Global. تصنيف JEL : XN2، XN1. .
