Abstract
Organisational health occupies a position of great importance in the world of organisations; it represents one of the modern, highly significant concepts that have emerged in work environments and that play a decisive role in promoting work engagement within institutions. The topic has attracted extensive attention from researchers and scholars worldwide and within Algeria, yet it has not received its due recognition in Algerian studies and research, owing to the scarcity of investigators in this field. Leadership, organisational culture, and effective communication are among the dimensions that contribute to improving organisational health. The importance of this research lies in understanding how organisational health influences the integration of employees within organisations
