الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تعزيز الأداء الوظيفي لبرمجيات التسيير المدمجة (ERP)، و انعكاس ذلك على تحسين التكامل الوظيفي للمؤسسة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن دمج تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في أنظمة (ERP) يسهم في تحسين التكامل بين وظائف المؤسسة، و دعم اتخاذ القرار، إلا أنه لا يقضي بشكل كامل على جميع مشكلاتها، لأن بعض التحديات التنظيمية والبشرية والتقنية تتجاوز حدود التكنولوجيا نفسها. This study aimed to highlight the role of Artificial Intelligence in enhancing the functional performance of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and the reflection of this on improving the functional integration within the Enterprise,To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive–analytical method and the case study approach were adopted. The study concluded that integrating Artificial Intelligence technologies into ERP systems contributes to improving integration between Enterprise functions and supporting decision-making. However, it does not completely eliminate all ERP-related problems, as some organizational, human, and technical challenges go beyond the limits of technology itself.
