Abstract
The prevention of psychosocial risks (PSRs) is a crucial issue for companies. These work-related risks refer to a category of occupational risks. They are distinguished by their impact on the psychological and mental sphere of the employee before they can affect their health. However, the impacts of psychosocial risks affect not only the employee but the entire work team, thereby influencing the company's performance. Therefore, prevention against these risks is essential to ensure a healthy work environment. Our objective is to verify the existence of preventive measures at CAPREF-CSBA in Algiers and TOP GLOVES LATEX INDUSTRIES in Ain-Temouchent.
