الملخص
ملخص: نفذت الجزائر، شأنها شأن الدول النامية، لاسيما تونس ومصر خطة إصلاحية ركزت على إعادة هيكلة وتنظيم القطاع المالي بهدف تحديثه .حيث هدفت الدراسة إلى دراسة مقارنة بين الأداء المالي والهيكلي لبورصة الجزائر تونس ومصر لتقييم أداء بورصة الجزائر وتحديد أسباب ضعفها الهيكلي وانخفاض سيولتها مقارنة بورصة تونس ومصر، وذلك للوقوف على الفجوات القائمة من خلال مقارنة للمؤشرات السوق المالي (القيمة السوقية، حجم التداول، وعدد الشركات المدرجة ) بين عامي 2010 و2024، حيث أظهرت نتائج هذه الدراسة تفوقاً للبورصة المصرية تليها التونسية من خلال كل مؤشرات السوق المالي، وحيث يمكن القول أن تباطؤ تطور بورصة الجزائر يعود لمعوقات أبرزها توقف سياسة الخصخصة، منافسة التمويل الحكومي ، قيود الإدراج الصارمة ، إلى جانب غياب ثقافة البورصة لدى المدخرين مما يستدعي تنفيذ إصلاحات عاجلة تركز على تخفيف شروط الادراج في السوق، ونشر ثقافة الاستثمار المالي لتفعيل دور البورصة في تمويل التنمية الاقتصادية. Abstract: Abstract: Algeria, like other developing countries, particularly Tunisia and Egypt, implemented a reform plan focused on restructuring and regulating the financial sector to modernize it. This study aimed to compare the financial and structural performance of the Algerian, Tunisian, and Egyptian stock exchanges to assess their performance and identify the reasons for their structural weaknesses and low liquidity compared to the Tunisian and Egyptian stock exchanges. The study sought to identify existing gaps by comparing financial market indicators (market capitalization, trading volume, and number of listed companies) between 2010 and 2024. The results showed the Egyptian stock exchange outperforming the Tunisian stock exchange across all financial market indicators. The slow development of the Algerian stock exchange can be attributed to several obstacles, most notably the halt in privatization policies, competition from government financing, strict listing requirements, and a lack of stock market awareness among savers. This necessitates urgent reforms focused on easing listing requirements and promoting a culture of financial investment to enhance the stock exchange's role in financing economic development.
