دور الذكاء الإداري في تطبيق المعرفة الرقمية دراسة استطلاعية لعينة من الإداريين بجامعة باتنة 1

الملخص
ملخص تناولت هذه الدراسة الذكاء الإداري وأهميته في تطبيق المعرفة الرقمية، حيث تتجلى أهدافها في إبراز أهمية تمتع الإدارة الجامعية أو جزء منها بالذكاء الإداري، وبيان أهميته في تطبيق وتفعيل المعرفة الرقمية من وجهة نظر الإداريين في جامعة باتنة 1. وللوصول إلى أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المدعم باستبانة وزعت على عينة من الإداريين بكليات ومعاهد جامعة باتنة 1؛ حيث استرجعت 85 استبانة صالحة للتحليل، وتم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج spss النسخة 22؛ حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج تؤكد وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكاء الإداري ببعديه ( الذكاء العقلاني، الذكاء العاطفي) وتطبيق المعرفة الرقمية؛ وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني الذكاء الإداري في الجامعة لتعزيز تطبيق المعرفة الرقمية بمختلف محتوياتها وبرامجها. Abstract: This study dealt with administrative intelligence and its importance in the application of digital knowledge, Where its objectives are reflected in highlighting the importance of the university administration or part of it enjoying administrative intelligence, and demonstrating its importance in applying This study examines the activation of digital knowledge from the perspective of administrators at the University of Batna 1. To achieve the study’s objectives, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted., supported by a questionnaire distributed to a sample of administrators in the faculties and institutes of Batna University 1; It retrieved 85 valid questionnaires for analysis, and they were analyzed using spss version 22; Where the study concluded with results confirming the existence of a statistically significant relationship between administrative intelligence in its two dimensions (mental intelligence, emotional intelligence) and the application of digital knowledge; The study recommended the need to adopt administrative intelligence in the university to enhance the application of digital knowledge in its various contents and programs.
