-------- Abstract: Cliticization constitutes one of the most fundamental morphosyntactic properties of Classical Arabic and, by extension, of the Quranic language. This article proposes a topological analysis of cliticization in the Quran based on a corpus of ten carefully verified verses, examined within the combined framework of Meaning-Text Theory, generative minimalist grammar; Benmamoun and the computational approach. The analysis highlights a rigid hierarchy of nine ordered clitic fields in the verbal nucleus and five in the nominal nucleus, any permutation producing ungrammatical sequences. It further reveals the interactions of cliticization with other Quranic linguistic phenomena, highlighting the exceptional morphological density of this language and its implications for natural language processing.
