The research focusses on the strategy of simulating historical memory in the formation of international alliances: the administration of US President Donald Trump as a model, which is more important to study the impact of American memory, specifically for US President Donald Trump in building international relations, and the problem appeared in the fact that there are variables that affected the construction of the historical memory of President Trump, is to change the political positions between the two states that were punctuated by any Joe Biden, who carries a memory different from his memory and an approach to the memory of Obama, and the main question is "Was Trump affected in his international dealings with historical memory? What does it hold about states in the international system? This prompted the adoption of the hypothesis that "US President Donald Trump was influenced in his policy by the historical memory of building and structuring international alliances", and this required the use of the descriptive approach to describe its policies, statements and sayings and a comparison to compare his behavior in the first term and the second term, and the research process dealt with three axes: the first: the strategy of employing memory and building international relations, the second axis: the strategy of using the historical memory of China and the path towards universality. The third axis: The strategy of employing historical memory in the behavior of US President Donald Trump, so that the main conclusion is that historical memory affects international relations negatively and positively, according to the nature of historical relations.
