الملخص
ملخص حديث المجبوب استشكل معناه كثيراً، فمنهم من قبله ومنهم من رده، فجاء هذا البحث لبيان الصواب في الحكم على روايات الحديث، والتعرف على النقد الموجه لمتن الحديث وكيفية مناقشة هذه الأقوال، وقد اتبعنا فيه المنهج الاستقرائي من خلال تتبع روايات الحديث، ودراسة المتن ومناقشة أقوال العلماء والترجيح والرد وبيان الصواب، وقد توصلنا إلى نتائج منها: أن الحديث صحيح السند عند علماء الحديث لوروده في صحيح مسلم، ولكن يمكن اعتباره من الأحاديث التي انتقدت عليه، أما من جهة المتن فقد توصلنا إلى أن الحديث مشكل المتن باتفاق الجميع، فيمكن التوقف في قبوله أو تقدير حذف فيه وأن الرسول لم يقل لعلي (فإن وجدته عندها فاقتله) وإنما قال له: (فإن وجدته عندها فإن اعترف فاقتله) أو ما في معناه تنزيهاً للرسول أن يأمر بقتل برئ، وهذا التوجيه للحديث كفيل بإسقاط جميع الاعتراضات التي ساقها من رد الحديث كلياً -لعلة في متنه- من العلماء المعاصرين. - الكلمات المفتاحية: القبطي، مارية، المجبوب، قتل. Abstract -Font: The hadith of the complete eunuch Coptic has been the subject of much debate regarding its meaning. Some have accepted it, while others have rejected it. This research aims to clarify the correct judgment on the hadith's narrations, identify the criticisms directed at the hadith's text, and discuss how to address these opinions. We have followed an inductive approach by tracing the hadith's isnads, studying the matn, discussing scholars' opinions, weighing evidence, refuting arguments, and clarifying the correct view. Among our results are: isnads of the hadith are sahih according to hadith scholars because it appears in Sahih Muslim, but it can be considered one of the hadiths that have been criticized. As for the matn, we have concluded that the hadith is problematic in its wording by consensus. Therefore, one can suspend judgment on its acceptance or assume an omission within it. The Prophet did not say to Ali, "If you find him with her, kill him," but rather, "If you find him with her, and he confesses, kill him," or something to that effect, to absolve the Prophet from ordering the killing of an innocent person. This interpretation of the hadith is sufficient to refute all the objections raised by contemporary scholars who reject the hadith entirely due to a flaw in its matn.
