Aesthetic Perception In Hegel's Philosophical Dialogue

Authors : فراس Sealh .

Abstract

Philosophers and dictionaries have varied in their opinions on the concept of beauty, yet they agree that beauty refers to goodness, adornment, and elegance. As for Hegel, his aesthetic views are closely linked to his political, philosophical, and social ideas, where artistic beauty is that which is created by the human spirit and not what is produced by nature, since what nature produces is not considered true beauty because it lacks reason. Art takes on the function of revealing truth in a sensory form without performing other functions. The concept of the ideal is the main aesthetic idea, which he made the foundation for the development and diversity of art. Regarding the artist in Hegel's view, his genius appears in his ability to highlight the essential nature of the era and humanity through those individual forms and actions. Like ancient Greek civilization. Artists and sensitive people revel in beauty, are amazed by it, and try to express it along with their feelings and emotions towards it. With the abundance and richness of beauty, images appear with garden flowers, seas, the sky, and more, and the senses of hearing and sight contribute to conveying these images of beauty to us for our enjoyment. But when beauty intensifies and prevails, we remain silent and overwhelmed.
