Abstract
Abstract: This study aims to address the various concepts related to the professional civil company in detail, and try to avoid confusion and ambiguity that can fall in the researcher, in terms of the similarity of some concepts such as the association, the union and the company, especially in the national law. The results indicated that the company rules in the Commercial Code were derived from the general provisions of the Algerian Civil Code, which suggests the similarity and overlap between civil professional companies and commercial companies, as the civil professional company aims to practice professional civil work jointly. :الملخص تهدف الدراسة إلى التطرق لمختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بالشركة المدنية المهنية بشكل مفصل، ومحاولة تفادي اللبس والإبهام الذي يمكن أن يقع فيه الباحث، من حيث تشابه بعض المفاهيم كالجمعية، النقابة والشركة خاصة في القانون الوطني. بحيث أشارت النتائج إلى أن قواعد الشركات في القانون التجاري استنبطت من الأحكام العامة الوردة ضمن قواعد القانون المدني الجزائري، مما يوحي بالتشابه والتداخل بين الشركات المدنية المهنية والشركات التجارية، فالشركة المدنية المهنية تهدف إلى ممارسة عمل مدني مهني بصورة مشتركة، كما أنها تقوم لغرض غير الحصول على ربح مادي بل تسعى إلى تحقيق أهداف مختلفة
