الملخص
ملخص: تناولت المداخلة المسيرة التعليمية والعلمية والمهنية للأستاذ بشير معمرية، فبدأت بتحديد مكان وزمان موله ونبذة عن نشأته، وما هي محطات مسيرته التعليمية من بداية تعلمه للقرآن الكريم في مسقط رأسه إلى محتشد قرية قايس، ثم كيف انتقل إلى المعهد الإسلامي في مدينة باتنة في بداية استقلال الجزائر عن الاستعمار الفرنسي، وحصوله على الشهادة الأهلية سنة 1966، ثم عمله كمعلم في المدرسة الابتدائية من سنة 1968 إلى سنة 1970، ثم رجوعه إلى تلقي التعليم في المرحلة الثانوية في نفس المعهد الإسلامي الذي تحول اسمه إلى معهد التعليم الأصلي في باتنة وحصوله على شهادة البكالوريا سنة 1973 والتحاقه بجامعة وهران للدراسة في تخصص علم النفس وتخرج سنة 1977 بشهادة الليسانس تخصص علم النفس الصناعي، وتوظف في نفس السنة في معهد تكوين أساتذة التعليم المتوسط بمدينة باتنة، الذي مكث فيه 18 سنة، ونظرا لدافعيته القوية نحو الزيادة في العلم التحق ببرنامج الدراسات العليا بجامعة وهران مرحلة الماجستير سنة 1989، وتحصل على شهادتها سنة 1995، وتحصل من نفس الجامعة على شهادة دكتوراه الدولة سنة 2001، وتوالت ترقياته السريعة إلى أستاذ محاضر في نفس السنة ثم أستاذ التعليم العالي سنة 2006، وشرع بعدها في ممارسة التأليف والبحث والإنتاج العلمي في علم النفس وفي القياس النفسي ومناهج البحث النفسي وفي علم النفس الإيجابي، ورغم تقاعده إلا أنه ما زال يمارس التأليف وكتابة المقالات العلمية. Abstract: This presentation addressed the educational, academic, and professional journey of Professor Bachir Maamaria. It began by identifying the place and time of his birth and providing a brief overview of his upbringing, The presentation then detailed the milestones of his educational journey, from his initial Quranic studies in his hometown to his time at the Qais village camp, followed by his transfer to the Islamic Institute in Batna at the beginning of Algeria's independence from French colonialism. He obtained his diploma in 1966, then worked as a primary school teacher from 1968 to 1970. He returned to secondary school at the same Islamic Institute, which had been renamed the Institute of Original Education in Batna, and obtained his baccalaureate in 1973. He then enrolled at the University of Oran to study psychology, graduating in 1977 with a bachelor's degree in industrial psychology. That same year, he was employed at the Teacher Training Institute for Intermediate Education in Batna, where he remained for a period. At the age of 18, driven by his strong motivation to expand his knowledge, he enrolled in the Master's program at the University of Oran in 1989, earning his degree in 1995. He then obtained his Doctorate from the same university in 2001, followed by rapid promotions to Associate Professor in the same year and then to Professor of Higher Education in 2006. He subsequently embarked on a career in writing, research, and scholarly production in psychology, psychometrics, psychological research methodologies, and positive psychology. Despite his retirement, he continues to write and publish scholarly articles
