Readiness Of Public School Principals To Confront The Fifth Industrial Revolution In The West Bank

Abstract
This study aimed to develop the methods of readiness of public school principals to confront the Fifth Industrial Revolution in the West Bank. and to uncover the challenges and difficulties facing the educational curriculum in achieving the requirements of the Fifth Industrial Revolution. The research employed the descriptive and analytical methodology. The study reached several results, the most important of which were that the arithmetic mean of the total degree of awareness and adaptation of public school principals and their staff to the concept of the Fifth Industrial Revolution and their engagement in its manifestations was high and positive,The arithmetic mean of the total degree of teachers.
