الملخص
أصبح انتشار الذكاء الاصطناعي وأدواته بسرعة غير مسبوقة، في بعض الحالات تتجاوز بكثير القطاع التكنولوجي مما أدى إلى بسط سيطرته على كل المجلات بما فيها المجال القانوني، مما أثار العديد من الإشكالات القانونية لاسيما ما ارتبط خاصة بعلاقات العمل أين أصبحت التقنية التكنولوجية منافسة لها، كما أن استعمالها اجتاح مجال العمل القضائي في إطار العدالة التنبؤية في شكل برمجيات تنفذ خوارزميات تعمل بشكل أساسي على أساس إحصائي،كما مجال المسؤولية تأثر كثيرا بتدخل استعمال الذكاء الاصطناعي في إثارتها أو انتفائها، مما يستوجب ملاءمة هذه التكنولوجيات حتى تظل خاضعة للنشاط البشري تحت سيطرته. The spread of artificial intelligence and its tools has become at an unprecedented speed, in some cases going far beyond the technological sector, which has led to its control extending to all areas, including the legal field, which has raised many legal issues, particularly those related to labor relations, where artificial intelligence has become a competitor for her, and its use has swept the field of judicial work within the framework of predictive justice in the form of software that implements algorithms operating primarily on a statistical basis. The field of responsibility has also been strongly affected by the interference of the use of artificial intelligence in its provocation or absence, which requires the relevance of these technologies so that they remain subject to human activity under its control.
