الملخص
أصبحت المقاومة جزء لا يتجزأ من الهوية الفلسطينية رغم أن القانون الدولي الإنساني والقانون الدولي العام يؤكدان على حق الشعب الفلسطيني في تقرير مصيره. وعليه يهدف هذا المقال إلى الكشف عن إستمرار الإحتلال الإسرائيلي في إرتكاب إنتهاكات جسيمة خاصة بعد 7أكتوبر2023 للمدنيين، وتظهرأهمية المقال بالنظر إلى ما يحدث بفلسطين الذي فاق كل التوقعات أين ضرب الإحتلال الإسرائيلي كل القواعد والأعراف الدولية عرض الحائط إذ لم يكتف بإنتهاك حقوق جميع الفئات غير المشاركة في الأعمال العدائية وإنما انتهك جميع حقوق أضعف حلقة وهي الأطفال في النزاع المسلح الدولي أين استخدم ولا زال يستخدم جميع الوسائل التي نتج عنها وفاة الأطفال إما عن طريق التجويع، أو القتل، وعليه نتوصل في الأخير إلى أن مجموع هذه الإنتهاكات تكيف على أنها جرائم حرب، جرائم إبادة جماعية، جرائم ضد الإنسانية Resistance has become an integral part of the Palestinian identity, despite the fact that both international humanitarian law and general international law affirm the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination. Accordingly, this article seeks to shed light on the continuation of the Israeli occupation in committing grave violations, particularly after October 7, 2023, against civilians. The significance of this article stems from the unprecedented scale of violations in Palestine, where the Israeli occupation has disregarded all international norms and conventions. It has not only violated the rights of all categories of persons not participating in hostilities, but has also targeted the weakest link in international armed conflict—children. The occupation has employed, and continues to employ, various methods resulting in the death of children, whether through starvation or direct killing. Ultimately, these violations can be qualified as war crimes, crimes of genocide, and crimes against humanity. La résistance est devenue partie intégrante de l'identité palestinienne, bien que le droit international humanitaire et le droit international général affirment tous deux le droit du peuple palestinien à l'autodétermination. En conséquence, cet article cherche à mettre en lumière la poursuite des violations graves commises par l'occupation israélienne, particulièrement après le 7 octobre 2023, contre les civils. L'importance de cet article découle de l'ampleur sans précédent des violations en Palestine, où l'occupation israélienne a fait fi de toutes les normes et conventions internationales. Elle n'a pas seulement violé les droits de toutes les catégories de personnes ne participant pas aux hostilités, mais elle a également ciblé le maillon le plus faible dans les conflits armés internationaux : les enfants. L'occupation a employé, et continue d'employer, diverses méthodes entraînant la mort d'enfants, que ce soit par la famine ou par des tueries directes. En fin de compte, ces violations peuvent être qualifiées de crimes de guerre, de crimes de génocide et de crimes contre l'humanité.
