دور التكامل الحسي في تنمية التواصل اللفظي والانتباه المشترك لدى الأطفال الحاملين لاضطراب طيف التوحد

الملخص
هدفنا من هذه الدراسة هو الكشف عن دور التكامل الحسي في تنمية التواصل اللفظي والانتباه المشترك لدى الأطفال الحاملين لاضطراب طيف التوحد. ،شملت مجموعة البحث أربع حالات من الذكور تتراوح أعمارهم بين 7-8 سنوات مشخصون باضطراب طيف التوحد بدرجة متوسطة وهم ملتحقون بمدرسة خاصة بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة غليسين ولاية الجزائر العاصمة، لقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي دراسة الحالة حيث خضعت الحالات في البداية لتطبيق مقياس تقدير التوحد الطفولي (CARS2) لتحديد خصائص العينة، ثم طبقنا الاختباران القبليان: اختبار اللغة (Thiberge) واختبار الانتباه المشترك ،بعد ذلك تم تطبيق أنشطة تدريبية مبنية على نظرية التكامل الحسي، لِيُعقبها تطبيق الاختبارين البعديين اختبار اللغة Thiberge واختبار الانتباه المشترك. أظهرت النتائج تحسنًا ملحوظًا في أداء الأطفال بعد تطبيق الأنشطة الخاصة بالتكامل الحسي التي لعبت دوار فعالا في تنمية التواصل فهما وإنتاجا وفي تحسين الانتباه المشترك حيث ارتفع متوسط نسبة النجاح في اختبار اللغة من 17.95% إلى 76.35% كما سجّل اختبار الانتباه المشترك تحسنًا مماثلًا من 17.95% إلى 76.35% وتشير هذه النتائج إلى فعالية الأنشطة الحسية المُنظمة في تعزيز لتواصل اللفظي والانتباه المشترك لدى الأطفال الحاملين لاضطراب التوحد. Abstract : Our study aimed to investigate the role of sensory integration in developing communication and joint attention in children with autism spectrum disorder ASD,the research sample consisted of four children aged 7-8 years with a moderate level of ASD enrolled in a special needs school in Bouzareah, Algiers. A descriptive case study methodology was adopted,the participants were first assessed using the Childhood Autism Rating Scale CARS2 to determine the samples characteristics followed by the administration of two pre-tests the Thiberge language test and a joint attention test. Subsequently an intervention program based on sensory integration activities was implemented. Finally, the two post-tests the Thiberge language test and the joint attention test were re-administered. The results showed a notable improvement in the children’s performance following the sensory integration intervention, these activities played an effective role in developing both receptive and expressive communication as well as in improving joint attention so the average success rate on the language test increased from 17.95% to 76.35%, similarly the joint attention test showed a comparable improvement rising from 17.95% to 76.35%. The result indicate the effectiveness of structured sensory activities in enhancing communication skills in children with ASD. Résumé : L étude vise à explorer le rôle de l intégration sensorielle dans le développement de la communication et de l’attention conjointe chez les enfants atteints de trouble du spectre autistique TSA. L’échantillon de recherche était composé de 4 cas âgés de 7 à 8 ans présentant un TSA de degré modéré et scolarisés dans une école spécialisée pour enfants aux besoins spécifiques à Bouzareah Alger. Nous avons adopté une méthodologie d’étude de cas descriptive, les participants ont été évalués à l aide de l échelle CARS2 Childhood Autism Rating Scale pour ddéterminer les caractéristiques de l’échantillon. ensuite les tests préliminaires ont été appliqués comprenant le test de langage Thiberge et un test d’attention conjointe, des activités d entraînement basées sur l’intégration sensorielle ont été appliqué suivies de l’application des tests postérieurs test de langage Thiberge et test d’attention conjointe. Les résultats ont montré une amélioration notable des performances des enfants après l’application des activités d’intégration sensorielle. Ces dernières ont joué un rôle efficace dans le développement de la communication tant en compréhension qu’en production et dans l’amélioration de l’attention conjointe. Le taux moyen de réussite au test de langage est passé de 17.95 % à 76.35 % et le test d’attention conjointe a enregistré la même amélioration passant de 17.95 % à 76.35 %. Ces résultats indiquent l’efficacité des activités sensorielles structurées dans l’amélioration des compétences communicatives
