الملخص
This study aims to explore the current state of support provided by university business incubators for startups and innovative ideas in Algeria, with the objective of diversifying the national economy and supporting students in their innovative projects. The study adopts a descriptive approach by reviewing the activities and initiatives of a group of university incubators, with a particular focus on their role in promoting an entrepreneurial culture and assisting students in developing their projects. In addition, several successful experiences in this field are examined. The results of the study reveal the existence of notable contributions and significant efforts by university business incubators in Algeria in supporting innovative projects and startup enterprises. These incubators have also contributed to the emergence of startups that have achieved tangible success, benefiting from the support and incubation provided within the university ecosystem.
