الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية يعد التعليم من العناصر الأساسية للتنمية والتطور ، فأغلب دول العالم المتقدمة والنامية تهتم بنظامها التربوي ، وتسعى إلى انتهاج سياسة تربوية وتعليمية قائمة على أسس عالمية، والاهتمام بالتعليم يعد جزءا من الحركة الثقافية والحضارية للمجتمع ، وعليه فإن عملية الإصلاح في المجال التربوي هي مطلب مهم لكل هذه الدول، وبالنسبة للجزائر فقد عرف التعليم جملة من التعديلات والإصلاحات في شتى مستوياته ، انطلاقا من الاستقلال إلى يومنا هذا، ونظرا لما تعانيه المنظومة التربوية الجزائرية من مشاكل سببت تراجعا في المستوى التعليمي والتحصيلي للتلميذ فقد سارعت الجزائر إلى التغيير والإصلاح في أساليب التدريس والمضامين والمناهج عن طريق تطبيق مشروع المقاربة بالكفاءات، وسعت إلى القيام بمجموعة من التغييرات والتجديدات في منظومة التربية، والمقاربة بالكفاءات تجربة كندية حققت بواسطتها العديد من النجاحات الكبيرة خاصة فيما يتعلق بتكوين القطبين الأساسيين في العملية التعليمية التعلمية وهما المعلم والمتعلم ، وتطبيق هذا المشروع لم يأت من عدم وإنما هنالك العديد من الأسباب دفعت بالجزائر إلى هذا التغيير إضافة إلى جملة من الأهداف التي سطرتها من وراء ذلك. الملخص باللغة الفرنسية: L'éducation est un element essential du développement et du développement.
