Design/Methodology: The research adopts an analytical conceptual approach supported by systematic documentary analysis. Recent literature on entrepreneurship, employment, migration, and resilience was reviewed to construct a theoretical model. Updated official data and international reports (PCBS, World Bank, ILO up to 2025), along with five local entrepreneurial initiatives (2018–2025), were analyzed using thematic analysis. Data: The study draws on time-series data on unemployment, employment, and migration, as well as case studies in IT, smart agriculture, and creative industries. Findings: Recent data reveal persistent structural unemployment, particularly among youth and graduates, alongside labor market fragility due to reliance on settlement employment. The analyzed entrepreneurial initiatives demonstrate that applying dimensions of entrepreneurial thinking has fostered sustainable job creation, supporting the proposed model. Originality/Value: The paper offers a novel theoretical contribution by linking management literature (entrepreneurial thinking) with political sociology (existential resilience) in the context of occupation—a rare focus in management research. It also proposes a testable model with practical implications for policymakers and development institutions. Limitations: The study is limited to secondary data from the West Bank and recommends future quantitative research to test the hypotheses. Keywords: Entrepreneurial thinking; Employment sustainability; Economic migration; Existential resilience; West Bank JEL Codes: M13, J21, O15, P25
