مرتكزات التعمير والتحوّل نحو الحضرية (مدينة شرشال خلال العهد العثماني)

الملخص
تعدّ المعطيات البشرية والمادية من أهم القواعد العمرانية، وأرضية لأسلوب العيش داخل المدينة. ومدينة شرشال من المدن التي تمّ التخطيط لها عمرانيا، تزامنا مع وصول عروج إليها، ومنه إلحاقها بعناصر التعمير البشري والمعماري والصناعي، فاشتهرت تاريخيا وأثريا بأحداثها السياسية والعسكرية والبنائية. عن الإشكالية البحثية، نقف عند تطبيقات قواعد تعمير مدينة شرشال، والظروف التي أحاطت بها. أما الأهداف البحثية، فهي في إطار استرجاع نموذج من أسس التعمير خلال العهد العثماني، ومنه الكشف عن الصورة النمطية لعمران مدينة شرشال خلال نفس العهد، وإحياء تناسبها تاريخيا وأثريا وسياحيا. Human and material data are considered the most important urban foundations and the basis for the way of life within a city. The city of Cherchell is one of the cities that was planned urbanistically, coinciding with the arrival of Arrouj, and the inclusion of human, architectural, and industrial development elements. It historically and archaeologically became famous for its political, military, and construction events Regarding the research problem, we focus on the application of urban development rules in the city of Cherchell, and the conditions that surrounded it. This research is about the urban planning of cherchell city during the Ottoman era. It examines the application of urban planning regulations and the circumstances surrounding it. The study aims to retrieve a model of the urban planning principles during that era, to reveal the typical image of urban development in cherchell, and to revive its historical, archaeological, and touristic significance.
