دور المجتمع المدني في تعزيز التوجه المقاولاتي للشباب الجزائري: تجربة جمعية المستقبل للتنمية Afd بباتنة كنموذج

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز دور المجتمع المدني في تعزيز التوجه المقاولاتي لدى الشباب الجزائري، من خلال تحليل مفاهيمه الأساسية ودراسة حالة جمعية المستقبل للتنمية AFD بباتنة. وتُظهر النتائج أن الجمعيات تلعب دوراً مهماً في نشر ثقافة المقاولة عبر التوعية والتكوين وبناء القدرات والمرافقة، مستفيدة من قربها من الشباب وقدرتها على التدخل الميداني. كما بيّنت الدراسة أن برامج وشراكات AFD ساهمت في تنمية المهارات الريادية ودعم إنشاء المشاريع، رغم وجود تحديات مثل محدودية التمويل وضعف التنسيق. ويخلص البحث إلى تقديم توصيات لتعزيز فعالية المجتمع المدني داخل النظام البيئي المقاولاتي في الجزائر. This research aims to highlight the role of civil society in promoting the entrepreneurial orientation of Algerian youth, through analyzing its core concepts and examining the case of the Future Development Association (AFD) in Batna. The findings show that associations play a significant role in spreading an entrepreneurial culture through awareness, training, capacity building, and support, benefiting from their proximity to young people and their ability to act in the field. The study also reveals that AFD’s programs and partnerships have contributed to developing entrepreneurial skills and supporting business creation, despite challenges such as limited funding and weak coordination. The research concludes with recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of civil society within the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Algeria.
