الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بالوقف الصحي كمصدر وبديل مستدام للقطاع الصحي وإبراز دوره في تمويل الرعاية الصحية وتخفيف العبء عن ميزانية الدولة بالإضافة إلى عرض بعض نماذج الوقف الصحي الحديثة في إدارة الوقف وتمويل الخدمات الصحية، والاستفادة من التجارب الناجحة في هذا المجال. حيث تم التطرق في هذه الدراسة إلى أهم المفاهيم الأساسية للوقف الصحي والرعاية الصحية، ومكانة الوقف الصحي في الإسلام وأهميته الإقتصادية، وتم التطرق أيضا إلى عرض نماذج معاصرة عن الوقف الصحي، ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها نذكر أن للوقف الصحي أهمية إقتصادية ودور كبير في سد إحتياجات المسلمين وعلاجهم، والمساهمة في الجمعيات الخيرية المهتمة بالجوانب الصحية وإعانتها على أداء رسالتها. الكلمات المفتاحية: الوقف الصحي، التمويل، الرعاية الصحية. Abstract: This study aims to introduce the concept of charitable health endowments as a sustainable source of funding and an alternative to traditional healthcare financing. It highlights their role in funding healthcare services and alleviating the burden on government budgets. Furthermore, it presents some modern models of health endowments, focusing on their management and the financing of healthcare services, and draws on successful experiences in this field. The study addresses key concepts related to health endowments and healthcare, the significance of health endowments in Islam, and their economic importance. It also examines contemporary models of health endowments. Among the key findings is that health endowments have significant economic value and play a crucial role in meeting the healthcare needs of Muslims, contributing to the work of charitable organizations focused on health, and supporting their mission.
