ملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة السياحة الدينية كظاهرة أنثروبولوجية تجمع بين الروحانية والانفتاح الثقافي في ظل العولمة، من أجل إبراز التحدي المتمثل في صون البعد الأنثروبولوجي للمقدس الذي تحمله المزارات مقابل تدفق الزوار، فبينما تمثل هذه السياحة فرصة لتعزيز التفاهم بين الثقافات، فإنها تواجه تحديات تتعلق بالحفاظ على الطابع الديني للأماكن المقدسة. وقد اكتست شعيرة الحج أهمية كبيرة في بعدها السياحي، كونها من الشعائر المشتركة في غالب الأديان الوضعية منها والسماوية، لذلك نتناولها نموذجا في دراستنا. وتتمحور إشكالية البحث في كيفية إيجاد توازن مستدام بين الهوية الدينية للمواقع ومتطلبات السياحة العصرية في مواسم الحج. تهدف الدراسة إلى اقتراح استراتيجيات تنظيمية فاعلة، تشمل توظيف التكنولوجيا الرقمية في الجولات الافتراضية، ورفع وعي السياح بالسلوكيات الملائمة، لضمان إدارة تكاملية تحمي البعد الروحي وتدعم التبادل الثقافي. Abstract: This study examines religious tourism as an anthropological phenomenon that bridges spirituality and cultural openness in the era of globalization. It highlighted text challenge of preserving the anthropological dimension of the sacred inherent in shrines amidst the influx of visitors. While this form of tourism offers an opportunity to enhance intercultural understanding, it faces challenges regarding the preservation of the religious character of sacred sites. The ritual of pilgrimage has acquired great importance in its tourism dimension, being a common practice across most religions—both man-made (positive) and divinely revealed (Abrahamic). Therefore, we adopt it as a case study in our research. The central problem of this study revolves around how to strike a sustainable balance between the religious identity of sacred sites and the requirements of modern tourism during pilgrimage seasons. The study aims to propose effective organizational strategies, including the integration of digital technology through virtual tours and increasing tourist awareness of appropriate behaviors, to ensure an integrated management approach that protects the spiritual dimension while supporting cultural exchange.
