Cyber Security Awareness Strategies Via Facebook An Analytical Study Of The Page Of The Jordanian Anti-cyber Crime Unit

Abstract
Article abstract: The research analyzed how social media can help provide information about cybersecurity issues using the Jordanian Cybercrime Unit's Facebook page as a case study. A content analysis of 21 posts from 2021 was performed. The results reveal that this page is using a systematic and goal-oriented approach to create a wide-ranging and ongoing awareness campaign, employing both diverse content topics and diverse posting methods. Audience interaction with this page is increasing. However, there is little evidence that either ongoing evaluation of programs or collaboration with partner social organizations is taking place. Emotional or persuasive methods of communication are also minimally used. ملخص المقال : هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على استراتجيات التوعية الأمنية السيبرانية عبر الشبكات الاجتماعية-،بالتطبيق على صفحة وحدة مكافحة الجريمة الالكترونية الأردنية، وقد تم اعتماد منهج المسح، بتطبيق استمارة تحليل المحتوى لتحليل عينة قدرت ب 21 منشورا مما تم نشره خلال سنة 2021 .وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج دلت علىاعتماد الصفحة على العمل المنهجي المنتظموالهادف، حيث اتسمت إستراتيجية التوعية الأمنية السيبرانية بالانتشار والاستمرارية، والتنويع في الموضوعات وأساليب النشر، وكذا تزايد حجم تفاعلية الجمهور معها، إلا انه يعاب عليها إغفال جانب التقييم المستمر لجملة البرامج والحملات وعدم تقديمها لأي معلومات عن نتائجها وتأثيراتها، ومسألة التعاون مع مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية
