الملخص

ملخص تهدف هذه المداخلة إلى عرض مدخل مفاهيمي تاريخي لظاهرة الاشاعة الالكترونية باعتبارها من أبرز التحديات في العصر الرقمي. بالتطرق إلى تطور مفهومها من الدراسات الكلاسيكية الى الدراسات المعاصرة بالتعريج على التعاريف التي أسست لفهمها و التي وضعها الباحثون الرواد في هذا المجال مثل ويليام شتيرن و ألبورت وبوستمان، وكذلك بعض المفاهيم المشابهة لها، ثم تنتقل الى الخصائص المميزة لها عن الاشاعة التقليدية، كما تتطرق الى آليات انتشارها في بيئة الانترنت وتصنيفاتها وكذا بعض الجهود التي بذلت في فهمها. الكلمات المفتاحية: إشاعة إلكترونية، وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، أخبار مضللة، أخبار كاذبة Abstract: This paper aims to present a historical and conceptual introduction to the phenomenon of electronic rumors, considered one of the most prominent challenges in the digital age. It traces the evolution of the concept from classical to contemporary studies, touching upon the definitions established for understanding it by pioneering researchers in the field such as William Stern, Allport, and Postman, as well as some similar concepts. It then moves on to the characteristics that distinguish it from traditional rumors, addressing its mechanisms of dissemination in the internet environment, its classifications, and some of the efforts made to understand it.
