الملخص
: تمايزت الأدوار الأساسية للفضاء الإلكتروني في نقل الشائعات ونشرها في بيئة ذات خصائص مميزة ساهم بشكل أو بآخر توفر امكانات وخدمات سهولة انتشار ووصول للمعلومات الرقمية لمختلف أطياف المجتمع دون رقابة أو ردع، بالشكل الذي يؤثر في القيم المجتمعية، بما يدعو إلى الوقوف على تأثيراتها السلبية في المساس بحرية الأفراد وكرامتهم، منها انتشار نماذج التنمر عبر الفضاء الرقمي بالشكل الواسع . و في القراءات المتأنية للتراث النظري نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية، تحليل السياقات الاجتماعية والنفسية وقراءة في الأثر الجمعي للعلاقة الارتباطية بين ظاهرة الإشاعة الإلكترونية وانتشار التنمر الإلكتروني بين فئات المجتمع، نخص فئة الأطفال والمراهقين على وجه التحديد. الكلمات المفتاحية : البيئة الإلكترونية، الإشاعة الإلكترونية، التنمر الإلكتروني، القيم الجمعية، التأثير. Abstract: The basic roles of cyberspace in transmitting and spreading rumors have been distinguished in an environment with distinctive characteristics. The availability of capabilities and services has contributed in one way or another to the ease of dissemination and access to digital information for various segments of society without oversight or deterrence, in a way that affects societal values, which calls for examining its negative effects on the freedom and dignity of individuals as a result of the widespread spread of bullying models through cyber-space.As a result of all negative effects of this relationship, we attempt through this research paper to analyze the social and psychological contexts and to examine the collective impact of the Correlationship between electronical rumors and cyber -bullying, specifically among Children and Adolescents. In-depth reading sof the theoretical research, we attempt, through this research paper, to analyze the social and psychological contexts and reading the collective impact of the correlational relationship between the phenomenon of electronic rumors and the cyberbullying among segments of society, specifically the children and adolescents category.
