انعكاسات التهديدات اللاتماثلية في الساحل الأفريقي على الوضع الأمني في الجزائر.

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة تداعيات التهديدات ذات الطبيعة اللاتماثلية الناشئة في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي على الأمن الجزائري بمختلف أبعاده، كون هذه المنطقة تشهد ديناميكية متسارعة للتطورات الأمنية، خاصة في ظل الانكشاف الأمني لدولها وعدم قدرتها على فرض سيادتها على كامل أراضيها، مما جعلها تتحول إلى حاضنة لمختلف أشكال التهديدات، لاسيما تلك التي تتسم بالديناميكية والمرونة، كالإرهاب والجريمة المنظمة. وقد كان لهاتين الظاهرتين انعكاسات سلبية على أمن دول المنطقة والدول المجاورة، خاصة الجزائر، نظرًا لما تمتلكه من حدود شاسعة مع عدد من دول المنطقة كموريتانيا ومالي والنيجر. لذا، سيتم تسليط الضوء على أبرز التهديدات المنتشرة في المنطقة، مع التركيز على الإرهاب والجريمة المنظمة، وبيان تداعياتهما السلبية على الأمن الجزائري بمختلف أبعاده. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من بينها أن منطقة الساحل تُعدّ منطقة أزمات، وأن الانكشاف الأمني لدول المنطقة انعكس سلبًا على الأمن القومي الجزائري. This study aims to examine the repercussions of emerging asymmetric threats in the African Sahel region on Algerian security in its various dimensions. The region is experiencing rapid security developments, particularly in light of the security fragility of its states and their inability to exercise full sovereignty over their territories. This situation has turned the region into a breeding ground for various forms of threats, especially those characterized by dynamism and flexibility, such as terrorism and organized crime. These two phenomena have had negative repercussions on the security of the countries in the region as well as neighboring states, including Algeria, due to its extensive borders with several Sahel countries, such as Mauritania, Mali, and Niger. Therefore, the study highlights the most prominent threats prevailing in the region, with a particular focus on terrorism and organized crime, and examines their negative repercussions on Algerian security in its various dimensions. The study reached several conclusions, including that the Sahel region constitutes a zone of crises and that the security fragility of the region’s states has negatively affected Algerian national security
