this study aimed to examine the effectiveness of an integrated rehabilitation program in reducing kinesiophobia among football players with anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tears. Participants underwent either conventional open surgery or arthroscopic reconstruction and were assessed during both the functional rehabilitation and return-to-competition phases. An experimental design was applied to a sample of ten (10) athletes diagnosed with ACL tears. The results demonstrated a positive and statistically significant effect of the integrated program in reducing kinesiophobia, highlighting the importance of incorporating both physical and psychological components in post-surgical rehabilitation programs for football players. Keywords: integrated rehabilitation program; kinesiophobia; anterior cruciate ligament (ACL); football players
