الملخص
قدم المنهج النبوي رؤية شاملة متكاملة لصناعة الشخصية القيادية بوصفها تكليفا شرعيا يقوم على إعداد متدرج ينطلق من البناء الايماني العقدي بوصفه الخيط الناظم للسلوك القيادي، ليأسس للبناء الأخلاقي القيمي، فيحقق الجاهزية القيادية من خلال البناء العملي بالتدريب والتدرج في التكليف بلوغا لمرحلة تفويض المهام مع المصاحبة والتقويم المستمرين. لقد أتاح النبي ﷺ فرصا عظيمة للقادة الناشئين لتعزيز ثقتهم بأنفسهم ومنحهم حظوظا وافرة لإثبات قدراتهم، ولنا في نموذج أسامة بن زيد دروسا وعبرا تعكس الرؤية الاستشرافية العميقة للرسول ﷺ في تأهيل الشباب وإعدادهم لحمل راية الإسلام دون اعتبار للعمر أو اللون أو النسب. بل تبقى الكفاءة والاستحقاق المعيار المحدد للاختيار. يهدف البحث الى تسليط الضوء على المنهج النبوي في صناعة القادة من خلال تحليل الشخصية القيادية لأسامة بن زيد بوصفه خريج هذه المدرسة. إن المنهج النبوي في صناعة القادة يقدم إطارا حضاريا صالحا للتطبيق في السياقات المعاصرة في مجموعة من المجالات، خصوصا المدرسة بوصفها المجال الأمثل والأوسع لاكتشاف المواهب، وصقلها وإعدادها للقيادة والريادة. The Prophetic approach presented a comprehensive and integrated vision for building a leadership personality as a religious duty based on gradual preparation that starts from building faith and doctrine as the organizing thread for leadership behavior, to establish the moral and value-based structure, thus achieving leadership readiness through practical construction by training and gradual assignment, reaching the stage of delegating tasks with continuous accompaniment and evaluation. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) provided great opportunities for emerging leaders to bolster their self-confidence and gave them ample chances to demonstrate their abilities. The example of Usama ibn Zayd offers us valuable lessons that reflect the Prophet's profound foresight in preparing and equipping young people to carry the banner of Islam, regardless of age, race, or lineage. Rather, competence and entitlement remained the determining criterion for selection. The research aims to highlight the Prophetic approach to leadership development by analyzing the leadership personality of Usama bin Zaid as a graduate of this school. The Prophetic approach to leadership development offers a sound framework applicable to contemporary contexts across a range of fields, particularly within schools, which serve as the ideal and broadest environment for discovering, nurturing, and preparing talent for leadership and pioneering roles.
