الملخص

يُمثّل حضور الحيوان في الأدب العربي ظاهرة أصيلة ممتدة؛ بدأت من العصر الجاهلي ولا تزال مستمرة إلى العصر الحديث؛ فقد اتخذ المبدع العربي من الحيوان أداة أدبية للتعبير عن علاقته ببيئته ومكانه، وعن مواقفه من الحياة، فتكشف مراجعة النصوص الأدبية، ولاسيما القديمة منها، في شكلها الشعري والنثري، عن مستويات ثقافية متعددة لهذا الحضور؛ ولذلك تحاول هذه الدراسة أن تتتبع حضور الحيوان في أشكال الأدب العربي القديم لتركز على البعد الثقافي له. The presence of the animal in Arabic literature represents an authentic and enduring phenomenon that originated in the Pre-Islamic era, and persists into the modern age. The Arabic writer has long utilized the animal as a literary tool to articulate their relationship with their environment and place, as well as their existential stances toward life. A critical review of literary texts—particularly classical ones, in both their poetic and prosaic forms—reveals multifaceted cultural dimensions of this presence. Accordingly, this study aims to trace the manifestations of the animal across the various genres of classical Arabic literature, focusing primarily on its cultural dimension.
