Bioraphies And Narraives In Early Algerian Ravel Wriings( Seleced Models)

Summary : The overlap between autobiographical literature and biographical literature (biographies) appears in the mixing of the author's personal narrative, where they mention their own private and public life and circumstances, or mention the life of other famous people, and the narrative where they mention their travels and private experiences in one journey or several journeys. Although the differences are clear—and strongly so—the overlap occurs when the writer mentions many stops or stages of their travels while speaking about their autobiography. Or the reverse, when they present many aspects of their own biography or the biography of others while sharing their interesting experiences from their various travels with the reader. Examples of this overlap are numerous in the East and West, but we preferred to shed light on old Algerian travelogues and chose the most famous among them, such as the journeys of Ibn Hammadouche, Ibn Ammar, and Al-Maqqari.
