تأثير الميديا الرقمية على المنظومة القيمية والتربوية في المجتمع العربي: التحديات واستراتيجيات المواجهة الاستشرافية.

الملخص
يستعرض هذا البحث التحولات البنيوية التي طرأت على المنظومة القيمية والتربوية في المجتمع العربي جراء التدفق الرقمي المتسارع، والذي تجاوز كونه وسيلة اتصال ليصبح "بيئة موازية" تعيد صياغة الهوية الجمعية. تنبع مشكلة الدراسة من الفجوة المتنامية بين سرعة التبني التقني وبطء استجابة المؤسسات التربوية (الأسرة والمدرسة)، مما أدى إلى بروز ظواهر سوسيولوجية مستحدثة كالاغتراب القيمي، وتآكل السلطة الوالدية، وتراجع قيم التضامن لصالح الفردانية الرقمية.يهدف البحث إلى تحليل التأثيرات العميقة للميديا الرقمية على "السلوك القيمي"، كما يسلط الضوء على تحديات السيادة الثقافية في ظل هيمنة منصات عالمية تحمل حمولات قيمية قد تتصادم مع الخصوصية العربية. تخلص الدراسة إلى أن استشراف المستقبل التربوي العربي مرهون بالقدرة على إيجاد توازن دقيق بين "الأصالة القيمية" و"المعاصرة التقنية"، بما يضمن تحويل التكنولوجيا من أداة للهدم القيمي إلى وسيط لبناء شخصية عربية واعية ومحصنة في الفضاء السيبراني. This study examines the structural transformations within the value and pedagogical systems of Arab society resulting from the accelerating digital influx, which has transcended its role as a mere communication tool to become a "parallel environment" reshaping collective identity. The research problem emerges from the widening gap between the rapid adoption of technology and the sluggish response of educational institutions, namely the family and the school. This discrepancy has precipitated novel sociological phenomena, such as value alienation, the erosion of parental authority, and the decline of communal solidarity in favor of digital individualism. The research aims to analyze the profound impacts of digital media on "value-based behavior," while highlighting challenges to cultural sovereignty amidst the dominance of global platforms that carry value orientations potentially conflicting with Arab cultural specificities. «The study concludes that the future of the Arab pedagogical landscape depends on the ability to strike a delicate balance between 'Authentic Values' and 'Technological Modernity.' This ensures the transformation of technology from a tool of moral erosion into a medium for building a conscious and resilient Arab personality within cyberspace."
