الضمانات القانونية لحقوق المرأة السياسية في الجزائر من النص إلى التفعيل

الملخص
ملخص: حظيت الحقوق السياسية للمرأة باهتمام متزايد في العقود الأخيرة، خاصة في ظل التحولات الديمقراطية وتزايد الوعي بدور المرأة في الحياة السياسية. ورغم الاعتراف الدولي والوطني بهذه الحقوق، لا تزال المرأة تواجه تحديات عدة تحول دون ممارستها الفعلية لها. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى تكريس الحقوق السياسية للمرأة في التشريعات الدولية والجزائرية، مع تسليط الضوء على آليات تفعيل وتعزيز هذه الضمانات و التوعية بها وتحفيز المرأة على ممارستها. اعتمدنا في هذا البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مع تحليل النصوص القانونية وتقييم فعالية آليات التوعية المدنية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الإطار القانوني، رغم تقدمه، يظل غير كافٍ دون جهود توعوية فعالة تسهم في ترسيخ ثقافة المشاركة السياسية لدى النساء. Abstract: Women's political rights have received increasing attention in recent decades, especially in light of democratic transformations and growing awareness of the role of women in political life. Despite international and national recognition of these rights, women still face several challenges that prevent them from actually exercising them. This study aims to highlight the extent to which women's political rights are enshrined in international and Algerian legislation, while highlighting mechanisms for activating and strengthening these guarantees, raising awareness of them, and motivating women to exercise them. In this research, we relied on the descriptive analytical approach, analyzing legal texts and evaluating the effectiveness of civil awareness mechanisms. The study concluded that the legal framework, despite its progress, remains insufficient without effective awareness-raising efforts that contribute to consolidating a culture of political participation among women.
