This study examines the role of e-management in enhancing employee performance, emphasizing its function as a modern, technology-based approach to improving administrative processes and service quality. The National Social Security Fund for Salaried Workers (CNAS) in Mascara was selected as a case study. Data were collected through a questionnaire administered to a sample of 100 employees. The findings reveal that e-government contributes significantly (43.6%) to improving performance by simplifying procedures, accelerating task completion, and enhancing internal communication. In addition, the results highlight the importance of digital infrastructure and continuous training in supporting effective implementation. The study concludes that adapting e-government applications to the specific context of Algerian public administration is essential for improving the work environment and increasing employee productivity.
