صناعة المصطلح الإعلامي السياسي وتحليله تداوليًا وحجاجيًا في قناتي الجزيرة والعربية خلال الفترة 2003–2014

Abstract
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل كيفية تشكّل المصطلح الإعلامي السياسي داخل خطابي قناتي الجزيرة والعربية خلال الفترة الممتدة بين 2003 و2014، من خلال مقاربة تداولية وحجاجية تُبرز دور اللغة في صناعة السرديات السياسية وتوجيه التأويلات. واستندت الدراسة إلى عيّنة مكوّنة من 60 مادة إعلامية، جرى تحليلها وفق آليات التسمية، والتأطير، والشرعنة، والعلاقات بين النص والصورة. وقد كشفت النتائج عن وجود معجمين مختلفين يعكسان رؤيتين سياسيتين متباينتين: الأول قيمي–إنساني لدى الجزيرة يركّز على ثنائية “الاحتلال/المقاومة”، والثاني مؤسساتي–أمني لدى العربية يقوم على سردية “الدولة/الاستقرار”. كما أبرزت الدراسة الدور المركزي للمصطلح في إنتاج الشرعية أو نزعها، وفي تشكيل الوعي السياسي للجمهور، مؤكدة أن الإعلام يمارس عبر اللغة وظيفة تتجاوز نقل الخبر إلى بناء الواقع ذاته. This study examines how political media terminology is constructed within the news discourse of Al Jazeera and Al Arabiya between 2003 and 2014, using a pragmatic and argumentative approach to reveal the strategic role of language in shaping political narratives and guiding interpretation. The research draws on a corpus of 60 media materials analyzed through naming practices, framing mechanisms, legitimization strategies, and the interaction between verbal and visual elements. The findings indicate the emergence of two distinct lexical systems reflecting contrasting political perspectives: a value-based, human-centered narrative in Al Jazeera grounded in the “occupation/resistance” dichotomy, and an institutional–security-oriented narrative in Al Arabiya emphasizing “state/stability.” The study demonstrates that political terminology functions as a tool for constructing or withdrawing legitimacy and plays a decisive role in shaping public political consciousness, confirming that media discourse does not merely report reality but actively constructs it
