Abstract
Abstract: The wage system is an important indicator for the study of organizations, as it is one of the most important effective variables in it. We find that it has a relationship with scientific competencies, the nature of the institution's activity, and also a group of other factors. These determinants lead to job satisfaction, as it is the basic base of the local economy. The study concluded that it is necessary to highlight the role of the wage system in Algeria, and its impact on the profitability of the worker, as well as the evaluation of the performance of employees periodically, and whether this network is compatible with the developments taking place, especially in terms of the standard of living of the citizen, as well as in parallel with the changes known to the local economy from one hand, and the general economy of the state on the other.
