Authors : Rahmoun Chettouh .

Abstract

This study addresses the need to regulate e-commerce in Algerian legislation, as it seeks to analyze how technological development has forced the modernization of traditional rules governing contracts, focusing on the specific characteristics of electronic contracts, the legal value of electronic evidence, and the effectiveness of the legislative framework regulating e-commerce in Algeria. The study concludes that digital transformation has introduced a new legal reality; however, it still presents significant challenges that require continuous legislative adaptation to ensure legal certainty and effective protection of contractual parties.
