استثمار مبادئ التداولية لتطوير الكفاءة التواصلية لدى المتعلم.

الملخص: تعد التداولية (Pragmatics) من أبرز الميادين البحثية في اللسانيات المعاصرة، حيث تجاوزت تحليل البنية اللغوية إلى كيفية استخدام اللغة في سياقاتها الفعلية لتحقيق أغراض تواصلية. وقد ساهمت في تطوير ميدان تعليمية اللغات، بفضل نظرية التواصل (Communication Theory). وهي نظرية تعزز تطوي الكفاءة التواصلية لدى المتعلمين. فهي لا تقتصر على مجرد إتقان القواعد النحوية والصرفية للغة، بل تتجاوزها لتشمل القدرة على استخدام اللغة بشكل فعال ومناسب في سياقات مختلفة، والتركيز على الجانب التواصلي. تساهم التداولية في تحسين المهارات اللغوية لدى المتعلمين. من خلال تدريبهم على إنجاز أفعال كالسؤال، الطلب، الاعتذار، الإقناع، والرفض، ممَّا يُكسبهم مرونة في التعبير. وكذا من خلال تدريبهم على بناء المحادثات، تبادل الأدوار في الكلام، وكيفية بدء وإنهاء الحوارات بشكل ملائم ثقافيًا واجتماعيًا، وتدريبهم على فهم السياق وتأثيره على المعنى، واستنتاج المعاني الضمنية، وتعزيز مهارات التفاعل اللغوي...وبناء على هذا نسعى من خلال هذا البحث إلى بيان كيف تُحَوّل التداولية تعليم اللغة من مجرد عملية تلقين قواعد إلى عملية تكوين كفاءة تواصلية شاملة تُمكن المتعلم من استخدام اللغة العربية في مواقف الحياة اليومية، الأكاديمية، والمهنية. Abstract Pragmatics is one of the most prominent research fields in contemporary linguistics. It has transcended the analysis of linguistic structure to focus on how language is used in real contexts to achieve specific communicative purposes. Pragmatics has contributed to the development of language pedagogy, thanks to Communication Theory, which forms a fundamental pillar of pragmatics. This theory promotes the development of learners' communicative competence. This competence is not limited to merely mastering the grammatical and morphological rules of a language; rather, it extends to include the ability to use language effectively and appropriately in different contexts, understand the speaker's intention, and handle diverse linguistic situations efficiently. Due to this focus on the communicative aspect, pragmatics contributes to improving learners' linguistic skills. This is achieved by training them to perform speech acts such as questioning, requesting, apologizing, persuading, and refusing, which gives them flexibility in expression. It also involves training them to construct conversations, take turns in speaking, and appropriately initiate and conclude dialogues both culturally and socially. Furthermore, it trains them to understand context and its influence on meaning, develop the ability to infer implicit meanings (contextual cues), and enhance their linguistic interaction skills. Based on this, our research aims to demonstrate how pragmatics transforms language teaching from a mere process of rule memorization into a comprehensive communicative competence development process that enables learners to use Arabic confidently and effectively in everyday, academic, and professional situations. This will be addressed by answering the following question: How can the principles of pragmatics be invested to develop learners' communicative competence?
