The Role Of University Business Incubators In Supporting And Accompanying Entrepreneurial Projects And The Establishment Of Startups In Algeria

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the role played by university business incubators in accompanying entrepreneurial projects and establishing emerging institutions, as the latter plays an important role in establishing the spirit and culture of entrepreneurship and innovative ideas among students and youth and in establishing emerging institutions, by providing emerging entrepreneurs with knowledge. Skills, financing, guidance and the provision of infrastructure supporting entrepreneurship. The study concluded that university business incubators, despite their recent inception, achieved very positive results in the field of accompanying innovative ideas and establishing emerging institutions, and in the number of projects filed to obtain a patent. Therefore, they can contribute to the advancement of entrepreneurship, especially in the university community among students, and are considered a mechanism for sending and establishing Innovative projects as well as the establishment of emerging institutions.
