الوضعية الإدماجية في التعليم الهجين: دراسة معاصرة لتقويم الكفاءات

الملخص
ملخص البحث: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف الوضعية الإدماجية في التعليم الهجين كمقاربة معاصرة لتقويم الكفاءات. يتناول البحث مفهوم الوضعية الإدماجية وأهميتها في تنمية الكفاءات الشاملة للمتعلمين، ويستعرض مفهوم التعليم الهجين ومميزاته وتحدياته. كما يقدم إطاراً نظرياً ومنهجياً وتطبيقياً يوضح كيفية تقويم الكفاءات في ظل هذه المقاربة، مع اقتراح نتائج تحليلية تسهم في تطوير الممارسات التقويمية. تعتمد الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتخلص إلى أن دمج التعليم الوجاهي والإلكتروني مع التركيز على الوضعيات الإدماجية يعزز من قدرة المتعلمين على توظيف كفاءاتهم بفاعلية، ويحسن جودة التقويم وشموليته، ويزيد من دافعية المتعلمين، ويطور الكفاءات المهنية للمعلمين. This study aims to explore the integrative situation in hybrid education as a contemporary approach to competency assessment. The research discusses the concept of the integrative situation and its importance in developing comprehensive competencies for learners, and reviews the concept of hybrid education, its advantages, and challenges. It also provides a theoretical, methodological, and practical framework that clarifies how to assess competencies within this approach, with proposed analytical results that contribute to developing assessment practices. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical methodology and concludes that integrating face-to-face and online education with a focus on integrative situations enhances learners' ability to effectively utilize their competencies, improves the quality and comprehensiveness of assessment, increases learner motivation, and develops teachers' professional competencies
