Abstract: This research paper aims to explore and analyze the intellectual contributions of the scientist and humanist Albert Jacquard in the field of education. It traces the intrinsic interconnection between his background as a geneticist and his philosophical vision, focusing on his concept of biological diversity and his categorical rejection of genetic determinism as a basis for understanding human potential. Furthermore, the paper examines his profound and systematic critique of prevailing educational systems founded on selection, competition, and classification, which he identifies as tools of exclusion rather than comprehensive development. Finally, it reveals the features of his innovative pedagogical project, which emphasizes the teleology of education in constructing the holistic human being, fostering critical thinking.
