محددات مرونة الطلب السعرية وأثرها على سلوك المستهلك الجزائري اتجاه أسعار السمك – دراسة استقرائية

الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى الوقوف على محددات مرونة الطلب السعرية (نوعية السلعة، توفر البدائل، استخدامات السلعة، نسبة الانفاق على السلعة، مستوى الأسعار، توفر المعلومات عن السلعة، مستوى الدخل، القدرة على التأجيل، الفترة الزمنية، والطلب المشترك) ومعرفة مستوى تأثيرها على سلوك المستهلك الجزائري اتجاه أسعار السمك، من خلال استبانة موجهة لعينة عشوائية مكونة من 462 فردا من مستهلكي السمك في السوق الجزائري، وتحليل اجاباتهم ببرنامج الحزمة الإحصائية (SPSS/v22)، أين توصلت الدراسة الى أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين محددات مرونة الطلب السعرية وسلوك المستهلك الجزائري اتجاه أسعار السمك عند مستوى دلالة α≤0,05. This research paper aims to identify the determinants of price elasticity of demand (commodity quality, availability of alternatives, uses of the commodity, percentage of spending on the commodity, price level, availability of information about the commodity, income level, ability to postpone, time period, and common demand) and understand how it affects the behavior of the Algerian consumer towards fish prices, through a questionnaire directed to a random sample of 462 individuals of fish consumers in the Algerian market and analyze their answers using the statistical package program (SPSS/v22), where the study found that there is an impact statistically significant among the determinants of price elasticity of demand and the behavior of the Algerian consumer is the trend of fish prices at the level of significance α≤0,05.
