This study examines the role of the University of Alicante Science Park (PCA) in fostering student entrepreneurship and strengthening university-industry collaboration. Based on a mixed-methods approach combining document analysis, a managerial interview, and a student survey, the findings highlight the Park’s solid infrastructure and contributions to employment and innovation. Nonetheless, student participation remains limited, with low visibility and scarce funding opportunities, particularly concentrated in STEM fields. Despite these shortcomings, both students and managers recognize the PCA’s potential as a driver of innovation and entrepreneurship. The study concludes that expanding outreach, promoting interdisciplinary inclusion, and reinforcing mentoring and financial support are essential to enhance the Park’s impact within the university’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
