الملخص
في العالم الأكاديمي المعاصر، يُعّد النشر في المجلات المصّنفة (Indexed Journals) معياراً رئيسياً لتقييم الباحثين، وترقيتهم الوظيفية، بل وحتى لتمويل مشاريعهم البحثية. ومع تصاعد الضغوط الأكاديمية وازدياد المنافسة على النشر في مجلات مرموقة مثل تلك المفهرسة في "سكوبس" (Scopus) أو "ويب أوف ساينس" (Web of Science)، برزت سلسلة من التحديات البنيوية والمنهجية التي لا تمّس الباحث الفرد فحسب، بل تهّدد أيضاً تنوع المعرفة وشموليتها على المستوى العالمي. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تفكيك هذه التحديات، بدءاً من الحواجز اللغوية والثقافية، مروراً بتعقيدات عملية التحكيم، ووصولاً إلى القضايا الأخلاقية والاقتصادية المرتبطة بنموذج النشر الحالي، ولا سيما قضايا الانتحال الأكاديمي (Plagiarism). وعبر تحليل نقدي مدعوم بأدلة بحثية ومقترحات عملية، يسعى البحث إلى تقديم رؤية شاملة تُسهم في تمكين الباحثين، خصوصاً من الدول النامية، من تجاوز هذه العقبات والمشاركة الفاعلة في إنتاج المعرفة العالمية. In the contemporary academic world, publishing in indexed journals has become a primary criterion for evaluating researchers, their career advancement, and even for funding their research projects. With the rise of academic pressures and increased competition to publish in prestigious databases such as Scopus or Web of Science, a series of structural and methodological challenges have emerged. These challenges not only affect individual researchers but also threaten the diversity and inclusivity of global knowledge. This paper aims to deconstruct these challenges, starting from linguistic and cultural barriers, moving through the complexities of the peer-review process, and addressing the ethical and economic issues associated with current publishing models, especially academic plagiarism. Through a critical analysis supported by research evidence and practical proposals, the study seeks to provide a comprehensive vision that empowers researchers, particularly from developing countries, to overcome these obstacles and actively participate in global knowledge production.
