السنة مصدراً للمعرفة والبحث في العلوم الاجتماعية وتجلياتها في التنمية المستدامة وحماية البيئة The Sunnah As A Source Of Knowledge And Research In The Social Sciences And Its Manifestations In Sustainable Development And Environmental Protection

الملخص
تأتي هذه الدراسة محاولة للنظر في منهجية التعامل مع السنة النبوية كظاهرة حضارية معرفية شاملة؛ قامت بتشكيل حضارة، وبناء نموذج حياتي جديد، يدين، بـ(شهادة التوحيد)، فأقواله، وأفعاله، وتقريراته، وشمائله، وفضائله، وأخلاقه هي القواعد التي أسس عليها المجتمع الإسلامي، واقام لبناته، فلم يكتف بوضع مخططات التغيير، وبرامجه، ومناهجه، وكيفياته، وموجباته، بل ساهم في البناء حتى وصل به إلى المرحلة التي أكمل فيها (مهمة البلاغ المبين)؛ التي أمره بها الخالق عز وجل، حيث لا يمكن لأي مشكك أو متوهم أن يثير أي شبهة عن كمال هذه المهمة، وشمولها لكل ما يخص بناء الإنسان، والمجتمع، والثقافة، والحضارة التي تدين بالإسلام. هدفت الدراسة إلى استكشاف جوانب التنمية المستدامة التي تعتبر من الموضوعات الملحة في وقتنا الحاضر من خلال دلالات وإشارات السنة النبوية، وذلك لأنها متعددة الأبعاد والغايات إذ تشمل البيئة والاقتصاد والاجتماع، وتهدف إلى تحقيق التنمية المتكاملة لجميع هذه الأبعاد، التنمية المستدامة في السنة النبوية من خلال استقراء مجموعة من الأحاديث المتعلقة بالموضوع وتحليلها واستنباط الدلالات والتطبيقات منها، ومقارنتها مع بعض المواثيق الدولية. هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان الأثر الذي تحدثه السنة النبوية في تحقيـق أهـداف التنميـة المستدامة وفق ركائزها المتعارف عليها، وما لها من إسهامات في تحقيـق مبـادئ التنمية المستدامة، ومدى الترابط بين هذا المصطلح وبيان تطبيقه في السنة النبوية. كما هدفت إلى بيان منهجية التعامل مع السنة النبوية مصدراً للبحث في كافة ضروب العلم والمعرفة، وخاصة العلوم الاجتماعية باكتشاف دلالات وإشارات الاهتمام بالتنمية المستدامة ومرتكزاتها الثلاثة المتمثلة في القيام بدور العمران، وتنمية الإنسان ركيزة التنمية و دعاماتها الأساسية، والمحافظة على البيئة وتوظيف الموارد وترشيدها، والتي تعد تطبيقاً على أهم العلوم الاجتماعية. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ثم الاستقرائي، وتوصل إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: ظهرت عناية السنة النبوية بموضوع التنمية المستدامة في أبعادها الثلاثة البيئة والاقتصاد والمجتمع، من خلال العديد من الإشارات والمظاهر والتطبيقات، بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من العوامل منها: الجانب التعبدي والعلم والأمن وغير ذلك، التي تسهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة لأهدافها المنشودة. Abstract: This study comes as an attempt to consider the methodology of dealing with the Prophetic Sunnah as a comprehensive civilizational and cognitive phenomenon that shaped a civilization and built a new model of life that adheres to the (testimony of monotheism). His sayings, actions, approvals, characteristics, virtues, and morals are the foundations upon which the Islamic society was established and its building blocks were erected. He did not merely set plans for change, its programs, methods, ways, and requirements, but he contributed to the building until he reached the stage in which he completed the (mission of clear communication) that the Almighty Creator commanded him to do, so that no doubter or delusional person can raise any suspicion about the perfection of this mission and its comprehensiveness regarding everything related to building the human being, society, culture, and civilization that adheres to Islam. The study aimed to explore aspects of sustainable development, which is considered one of the urgent topics in our time, through the indications and signs of the Prophetic Sunnah, because it is multi-dimensional and has multiple goals, as it includes the environment, economy and society, and aims to achieve integrated development for all these dimensions. Sustainable development in the Prophetic Sunnah was explored through an examination of a group of hadiths related to the topic, analyzing them, deriving indications and applications from them, and comparing them with some international charters . The study aimed to demonstrate the impact of the Prophet's Sunnah on achieving development goals. Sustainable development, based on its recognized pillars, and its contributions to achieving the principles of Sustainable development, and the extent of the connection between this term and its application in the Sunnah. It also aimed to explain the methodology of dealing with the Sunnah as a source of research in all fields of science and knowledge, especially the social sciences, by discovering the indications and signs of interest in sustainable development and its three pillars, which are represented in carrying out the role of construction, human development as the cornerstone and basic support of development, and preserving the environment and utilizing and rationalizing resources, which is an application of the most important social sciences. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method and then the inductive method, and came to several results, the most important of which is: The interest of the Prophetic Sunnah in the subject of sustainable development appeared in its three dimensions, environment, economy and society, through many indications, manifestations and applications, in addition to a group of factors, including: the devotional aspect, science, security and others, which contribute to achieving sustainable development for its desired goals .
