الملخص
ملخص: الشخصية القانونية تطورت بدورها كباقي المجالات الأخرى، فلم تعد تحتوي الشخص الطبيعي فقط بل أصبحت تشمل كذلك الشخص الاعتباري، ومِن بين أهم هاته الأشخاص في عصرنا الحالي الذكاء الاصطناعي، والذي يعد أهم نتاج ذهني في التطور التكنولوجي لما يقدمه مِن خدمات متميزة، حيث أثبت فاعليته في مجالات عِدَّة بل وبدأت بعض الدول تسير في الاعتماد عليه والتخلي على الشخص الطبيعي، ولكن هذا لا يعني أنه ليس للذكاء الاصطناعي مخاطر قد تنجم عند سوء استعماله، وهذه المخاطر قد تكون في الجانب الأخلاقي للمجتمع أو في جانب البحث العلمي، وهو ما سنوضحه في هذه المداخلة. Abstract: Legal personality has evolved in turn like other fields, it no longer includes only the natural person but also includes the legal person, Among the most important of these persons in our current era is the artificial intelligence, which is considered the most important mental product in the technological development because of the distinguished services it provides, as it has proven its effectiveness in Several fields and some countries have even begun to rely on it and towards abandoning the natural person, but this does not mean that artificial intelligence does not have risks that may arise when it is misused, and these risks might be on the moral side of society or on the scientific research side what we will explain it in this intervention.
