Abstract: It is worth noting that for David Harvey, space, in its social and political sense, was more than just a neutral backdrop against which daily life unfolds. It will become clear that it is a product of class interactions and social conflicts. The British-American Marxist geographer-anthropologist David Harvey is perhaps one of the most prominent figures to have reconsidered the relationship between space, power, and social justice. Harvey attempted to integrate Marxism and geography, offering critical analyses of capitalism from a spatial perspective. As a result of this approach, his concepts and assumptions focused on the "right to the city" and "accumulation through dispossession." He dedicated himself to understanding how cities are formed under the influence of capitalism.
