الملخص
نهدف من خلال هذا البحث الوقوف على واحدة من أهم المراحل التاريخية في الجزائر وهي المرحلة التي سبقت الثورة التحريرية ومهدّت لها عن طريق مجموعة من النشاطات الإصلاحية، وقد توقفنا عند واحد من رجال الإصلاح في الجزائر وهو الشيخ الطّيب العقبي والذي يعدّ من أهم رجال الإصلاح في الجزائر في بداية القرن الماضي، فقد كان عضوا مهما في جمعية العلماء المسلمين، وهذا من خلال محاولة التركيز على تجربته في الصحافة المكتوبة من خلال ما كان ينشره في الجوائد والمجلات، وكيف كان تعامله مع الصحافة والجزائرية التي شكّلت عقبة كبيرة أمام الاستعمار الفرنسي، كذلك رأيه فيها، كونه كان عضوا فاعلا في الحركة الإصلاحية وفي إنشاء اللبنة الأولى للصحافة الجزائرية. كما توقفنا على قصيدته "الجزائر تحيي الجزائر" والتي قالها ليحيّي مهنة الصحافة ويظهر قيمتها في المجتمع الجزائري خاصة أثناء الفترة الاستعمارية، فحاولنا الوقوف على أهم الجوانب الفنية والموضوعية للقصيدة. وقد كان من بين النتائج المتوصل إليها هو اعتبار الصحافة الإصلاحية الجزائرية لبنة أساسية للصحافة الحديثة ثم للصحافة المعاصرة، وهذا نظرا للمبادئ الوطنية التي انطلقت منها وتمسّكت بها. Abstract: This study aims to examine one of the most significant historical phases in Algeria, namely the period preceding the Algerian Liberation Revolution, which paved the way for it through a range of reformist activities. The research focuses on one of the prominent reformist figures in Algeria, Sheikh Tayeb El Okbi, who is considered one of the leading reformers in the country at the beginning of the twentieth century. He was an influential member of the Association of Muslim Ulema(Scholars), and this study highlights his experience in the printmedia through his contributions to newspapers and magazines. It also examines his engagement with the Algerian press, which constituted a major obstacle to French colonialism, as well as his views on the Algerian press, given his active role in the reformist movement and in laying the foundations of Algerian press. The study also analyzes his poem “Algeria Greets Algeria”, which he composed to pay tribute to the profession of journalism and to emphasize its value in Algerian society, particularly during the colonial period. The research explores the main artistic and thematic aspects of the poem. Among the key findings is the conclusion that Algerian reformist journalism represents a fundamental cornerstone of modern and contemporary journalism, owing to the national principles on which it was founded and to which it remained committed. .
