الانحراف في الوسط الحضري التونسي: مقاربة سوسيوأنثروبولوجية Deviance In The Tunisian Urbain Settings: A Socio-anthropological Approach

الملخص
يَطرحُ هَذَا المقال الأسباب السُوسيُوثقافية للانحرَاف من زَاوية نَظر أنثروبولوجية، وَيُعالج مَدَى تَطابق المَنظومة القانونية مَعَ المنظومة الاجتماعية وَالثقافية قَصد اقترَاح البدَائل وَالحُلُول المُمكنة للوقاية من الانحراف بالوسط الحَضَري بالبلاد التونسية. وَلبلُوغ الأهدَاف المُعلنة اعتمدنَا عَلَى مُقاربة مُتعددة الاختصاصات سَعيًا منَا لإدرَاك المسارَات التي تقود إلَى الانحرَاف وَتغيُّر الاتجاهات. وَقَد قَدرنَا أنَّ وَاقع الجَريمة اليَوم يَحتاج إلى تكثيف الدرَاسات العلمية المُوجهة نَحو البُعد البُنيوي للظاهرة باعتبارهَا بُنية نَسقية مُعقّدة. This article highlights the socio-cultural causes of delinquency from an anthropological point of view. Indeed, it approaches the adequacy between the systems: legal, social, and cultural, and this with an aim of proposing alternatives and possible solutions to prevent the delinquency in the urban zone of Tunisia. To achieve the stated objectives, we have opted for a multidisciplinary approach with the aim of understanding the paths that lead to both deviation and uncertain changes. We considered that the reality of criminality requires, today, the intensification of scientific studies oriented towards the structural dimension of the systemic phenomenonwhich is complex.
