Abstract
Abstract: This article aims to convey considerations on a work that is part of migration literature of Italian expression. The work is Future, a collection of stories narrated by eleven afro-Italian authors who, through words, try to make their voice heard by readers, Italian society, and the whole world. The examination particularly focuses on the study of the structure of the work and its components: the title page, the title, the index, the curator’s note, the preface, the afterword and the titles of the individual stories. Furthermore, the analysis extends to the identification of the different themes developed by the authors in their narratives.
